Plot 4

Calthorpe Estates will be building this purpose built medical facility, detailed planning permission has been secured for a 10,600 sq m (114,000 sq ft) medical state-of-the-art building.

Once complete Plot 4 will be home to a new landmark five storey global showcase facility, with a basement and four upper floors. The ground to 2nd floor will serve as a specialist cancer treatment centre and used to support the enhancement of much-needed medical developments. The third floor will support the adjoining Dental Hospital and comprise a two theatre operating and training facility.

The building will be home to a leading operator, providing some of the most technologically advanced and complete treatment offerings for cancer patients in Europe. This will include state of the art imaging, one of the first MRLinacs in the UK, theranostics and clinical trials, which when fully operational it will deliver life-changing cancer treatments for local, regional and national patients.
